Every summer, Sigma Chi hosts the largest leadership conference in the Greek World: Balfour Leadership Training Workshop (BLTW).  This year, 8 of our active brothers were able to attend the workshop and learn more about cultivating leadership within our local chapter.  At the conference, our members were able to reconnect with the ritual, receive detailed training on officer responsibilities, and develop a strategic plan for the chapter.  This is always a great time to share our best practices with other chapters and help learn from them in order to improve our own operations.  All the while, we are able to connect with over 1700 Sigma Chi’s across the North America.
